Ann Hathaway has a lifetime of experience and a record of success at every level of politics and government. From crucial state and local races, issue campaigns and grassroots initiatives, to congressional and presidential politics. She brings to every task she faces a unique knowledge of the latest advances in modern technology and voter persuasion techniques, coupled with an unrivaled array of personal and professional contacts from coast to coast.

She recently served as Chief of Staff at the Republican National Committee where, from 2007 - 2009, she directed the day-to-day operations of the RNC and exceeded all expectations in an extremely challenging political environment raising over $400 million - more than at any time in history.

Anne also served as the RNC's primary liaison to the White House and the Presidential campaign, as well as to the Republican National Convention, which she helped plan and implement. She directed the expenditure of more than $100 million to state parties across the country to support the 2008 Victory effort, and more than $20 million to support races for U.S Senate and House through direct contributions to candidates, the National Republican Congressional Committee and the National Republican Senatorial Committee.

Under her guidance, the RNC developed and perfected new voter outreach techniques and groundbreaking voter identification programs. She oversaw the expansion of a cutting edge communications department that developed innovative new initiatives for internet and electronic messaging, including the building of an email universe.

A native of Galva, Illinois, and a graduate of the University of Illinois, Anne began working on Congressional races in the early 1980's in her home state before relocating to Washington, DC where she worked in the Office of Public Liaison at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. In 1988, she joined the Bush/Quayle Presidential Campaign as Mrs. Quayle's Scheduler.

Anne served as Transition Director for Mrs. Quayle, and then served Vice President Dan Quayle at the White House as Assistant to the Vice President and Director of Scheduling and Public Liaison.

From 1993-1997, Anne was Executive Director of Dan Quayle's political action committee, Campaign America, where she coordinated the former Vice President's political activities, two national book tours, and took an active role in fundraising. During the 2000 election cycle, Anne served as Executive Director of the Indiana House Republican Campaign Committee and from 2001 - 2007, she joined the RNC as Regional Political Director for the Great Lakes region, playing key roles in numerous victories, including many where Republicans had never been successful before.
