Former WCS President Deb Sofield Trains Women in Albania

Former WCS Yale President Deb Sofield was invited to work in Tirana, Albania for the Women's Democracy Network, which is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that advances freedom and democracy worldwide by developing political parties, civic institutions, open elections, good governance and the rule of law.

Sofield's intensive workshops focused on Public Speaking and Media skills training was for effective communication for Television interviews. The audience was made up of candidates for Tirana Municipality Council, Mayors, Ministers of Education, Culture, Youth, Foreign Affairs and many others in party positions who will be running for office.
